Empowerment is essential for building a more just, equitable, and sustainable society. By honoring and supporting Indigenous knowledge, traditions, and ways of life, we can create a country that is more connected, more vibrant, and more resilient for all of us.

This one-of-a-kind event aims to provide a platform for Indigenous communities, organisations and individuals to come together to implement strategies to tackle the challenges and opportunities facing Indigenous education, economic development, and workforce. The event will feature three distinct streams that focus on each of these areas, with a goal of promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing among delegates.

Third Sector’s 4th National Indigenous Empowerment Summit promises to be an inspiring and informative event that will empower participants to take action in their communities and work towards a brighter future for Indigenous peoples across the country.

We are thrilled to announce that a part of the funds from this remarkable event were graciously donated to the Deadly Inspiring Youth Doing Good (DIYDG) Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation. Through the collective efforts of all involved, we were able to make a meaningful contribution towards their invaluable work.

DIYDG is a youth-led, non-profit organisation empowered by young people, families and communities. Their practices are informed by their strong cultural values and beliefs. They are driven to achieve goals by INSPIRING, EQUIPPING and EMPOWERING the next generation to take action to change their world.

We are humbled by the opportunity to support such a deserving organisation and extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated, as their involvement directly contributed to this significant donation.
